INGLIS - 2026
FARNAN x LIBERATA
Chestnut Filly
We’re delighted to present our latest purchase from the 2026 Inglis Yearling Sale — a beautiful chestnut filly by leading second season sire Farnan, secured with both racing success and long-term residual value firmly in mind.

Farnan continues to build strong momentum as a stallion, with his early runners performing at a high level. As his second season progeny begin to hit the racetrack, all indications are that his profile will continue to strengthen, making this a timely opportunity to be involved.

This filly was purchased with that context in mind and placed with Hall of Fame trainer Tony Gollan, ensuring she will be given every chance to perform on the track while retaining genuine residual upside as a filly.
Excellent residual upside

Tony Gollan to Train
The filly will be trained by Hall of Fame trainer Tony Gollan.

Tony’s record speaks for itself — year after year he delivers results at the highest level of racing, with an exceptional strike rate and a reputation for placing horses to advantage. Owners value the professionalism of his operation, the consistency of his horses, and the enjoyment that comes with being part of a stable that is always competitive and often winning.

With a 12 time Queensland trainers premiership, and Hall of Fame trainer guiding her - this filly will be given every opportunity under his care.
A Striking Athlete
On inspection, Tony noted the filly presented as a well-made individual with good overall size, strength and scope.
She shows a strong girth, a well-developed hip and hindquarter, and moves with very good action, using herself cleanly with good reach in front.
Her temperament stood out as a positive — a sweet, relaxed filly to handle — which should serve her well as she progresses into work.
