The team at High Calibre Racing is ecstatic to announce mission complete! We went to the sale this year with a target, lot 283, and with the assistance of superstar bloodstock agent Jim Clarke we secured our girl for $30k under reserve— exceptional value for money for a filly of this quality.
This filly stood out to Jim four months ago during his visit to Daandine Stud, a farm renowned for producing superstars like WRITTEN TYCOON and CAPITALIST.
Subsequent visits and the pre-sale parade only confirmed our interest, and thanks to some sharp negotiation, she will now proudly don the Green & Black silks of HCR when she hits the track—hopefully at next year’s lucrative Magic Millions Carnival!
