We are very excited to be able to secure Ex European stayer VIADELAMORE from the recent Inglis Digital sale at terrific value!

He presents as a horse with the opportunity to provide a quick return on investment!

Born to European time, he was later imported to Australia after winning early on in his career at Redcar ( UK ) over 2000m, While he hasn't managed to secure a win since being based in Australia, he has been very competitive in races higher than his current benchmark, notably competing at Sydney & Brisbane Saturday Metro level.

He has been proven at City level but has been secured as a one win horse with a relatively low benchmark, giving us the opportunity to win with him as soon as next month! He has had 2 weeks in the paddock since his last start and will arrive at Shailer Racing over the weekend.

Paul Shailer will take the reins of Viadelamore. Paul was Chris Waller’s right-hand man for over 12 years and was the driving force in the rise of the stable from small beginnings to where it stands today.

Plan is to race in 4 weeks time in a Class 1 & Maiden Plate over 1700m where he will meet inferior horses at level weights and likely start a short priced favourite. This will only boost his confidence as we build through the grades, utilising his lowered benchmark while collecting good prizemoney along the way for the new ownership group before heading back to town which he has already shown he is up to!
